Shipping policy

Processing times:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Processing times may be extended during peak period such as holidays or promotional events. 

Shipping within Australia:

We ship all domestic orders via Australia Post - Express shipping (up to 250g) $15 AUD 

Estimated deliveries are 5-10 business days depending on your location. Tracking details will be provided once your parcel is on its way.

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping via Australia post at a flat rate $35 AUD (up to 250g)

Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processes or local postal delays. Tracking will be included where available. 

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes or duties applied by their country's regulations. These are not included in our shipping rates.

Lost or Delayed Parcels: 

Once your order has been shipped, Australia post is responsible for delivery. If your parcel has been delayed or missing please contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number. We're always happy to assist where we can.
